Transfer your email to another account:
You can be on top of your email just by transferring out the email not needed in your main inbox to another email account. Beyond Inbox makes it very easy for you.

"Copy" or "Move" all email to a different email account:
You can "Copy" or "Move" email to a different destination account using Beyond Inbox. This can be a great feature while migrating your email from one to another email service. In that case, you can transfer all of your email to the new email account.

"Copy" or "Move" selected email to a different account:
This can also be useful if you want to separate email received for specific purposes, for example, any payment notifications or invoice, from your inbox. You can search for such email using the "sender" or "subject" fields and tag such email. You can then move the tagged email to a different email account using Beyond Inbox.

Remove transferred email from source account:
If you wish to remove the tagged email from the source email account, choose the "move" feature of Beyond Inbox.
Beyond Inbox provides the facility to
copy
or
move
the specified email from one IMAP account to another IMAP account. You can also copy or move the specified email to a different folder of the same account. Copy feature copies the selected email from source to destination, copied email remain in source account also while move feature moves the email from one place to another and moved email are deleted from source account.
Follow the given steps to Copy/ Move email to same or different IMAP account:
STEP:1

Run the Beyond Inbox.

Select
Copy & Move
option from main panel of Beyond Inbox.

It will open a new window with two sides, one for source and another for destination.

STEP:2

Connect with your desired IMAP profile from Nick-Name combo boxes as source & destination.

These combo boxes have two types of connections to connect, one is the Local File System which lists all drives of your system and the other one is
IMAP profile(s)
which you have configured and it will list all the folders present in your account.

IMAP profiles are listed in this list only if you have created them previously.

STEP:3

Choose the IMAP profile to
copy
or
move
the
email
.

As you select the profiles from both sides, it starts listing all folders present in the IMAP account which you have selected right now.

STEP:4

On selecting folders from both sides, you find the listing of
email
present in the folders.

Select the email which you want to
copy
from the source side.

Click on
copy button
from middle strip which points towards destination side in blue colored arrow to copy email.

STEP:5

It starts a progress bar for copy operation which shows
Operation
as Copy,
Status
as Running or Completed,
Start time
of copy process and
Total Processed size
of copied process with the number of
successfully copied, failed, identical
,
Pending
and
Total
copied email.

You can stop the running process with
Stop Copy
button or make the running process as background process with
Run In Background
button and get details of failed process using
Failed Report
button.

As the copy process finishes, status gets changed into
Completed
. Click on the Close button to close the progress bar panel.

Now click on the refresh button on the destination side to see the copied email.

Now again select the folders from source and destination sides.

After completing listing process of
email
on both sides, select email to
move
from source side and click on move button from middle panel which points toward destination side in red colored arrow.

It starts a progress bar for move operation which shows
Operation
as Move,
Status
as Running or Completed,
Start time
of move process and
Total Processed size
of copied process with the number of
successfully copied, failed, identical
,
Pending
and
Total
moved email.
