Beyond Inbox facilitates its user to transfer email from one folder directly to another folder of an IMAP account. You can also copy or move a folder of an IMAP account to a folder of another IMAP account.
Note
You need not to explore folders and list their email to transfer.
Follow the given steps to Copy or Move folder to another IMAP account:
STEP:1

Run the Beyond Inbox.

From main panel, select
Copy & Move
option of Beyond Inbox.

You will get a window having two sides, one for source account and another side for destination.

STEP:2

Select desired IMAP profile and get connected with your IMAP profile from
Nick-Name
combo boxes in source & destination side.

From these two combo boxes you can connect with two types of connections, one is the
Local File System
, which lists all drives of your local system and the another is
IMAP profile(s)
. It list all the created IMAP profile(s).

STEP:3

Choose your desired IMAP profile for
Copy
or
Move
folder
-
On connecting with desired IMAP profile, it starts listing all folders present in your IMAP account.

STEP:4

Now select the folders from source side which you want copy to and select a folder from destination side where you want to copy.

You can also directly copy without exploring folder at destination side. Just select the folder both side.

Click on
Copy
button from
middle panel
which points towards destination side in
blue colored arrow
.

STEP:5

On starting copy process, you will find the statistics window having a progress bar for copy operation. It shows you
Operation
type as Copy,
Status
as Running or Completed. Also you can view
Start time, Total Processed size
of copied process and the statistics of copy process.

You can use
Stop Copy
button to stop running process and with
Run In Background
button, you can run this process in background and get details of failed process using
Failed Report
button.

On finishing copy process, the status gets changed into
Completed
. Click on the
Close
button to close the progress bar panel.

Now
Refresh
the destination side to see the copied email.

Move email from a folder:
STEP:6

For move, select the source folders from source side and target folder from destination side.

Select
Move
button from middle panel which points toward destination side in
red colored arrow
.

STEP:7

You can see the progress of move process in statistics window.

You can stop move process by clicking
Stop Move
button and make the running process as background with
Run In Background
button and get details of failed process using
Failed Report
. On completing move process, click on the
Close
button to close the statistics window.

Now click on the
Refresh
button on the destination side to see the moved email.
